I’m sitting here, resting in front of the TV, watching the PGA. Yesterday, was busy, to say the least. It actually started Friday afternoon when I woke up. I went to work, and got off at 2:30am. I had to be up at 6am, so I didn’t know whether I wanted to just stay up, or sleep for a couple of hours. I almost didn’t have a choice. I decided to sleep for a little while, but couldn’t get to sleep. I think I did actually fall asleep around 4 or 4:30.
The reason I had to wake up at 6 was, The Color Run was yesterday! That was a lot of fun. If there is one near you, you should participate in it. I walked it. If you have read some of my past posts, I posted that I was doing the Couch to 5K so I could run this. I didn’t finish it. It was still so much fun to walk in this. Some people were more colored than others. I didn’t get to much. Here is a link to my Flicker set of the pictures I took. I also took some video, here is one of them.
After the Color Run, I had to run home and take a shower. I then picked up my dad, and went to the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Div. 4 race, here in Tulsa. It was a lot of fun to. The Top Alcohol Dragster and Funny Car were won by a husband and wife team. The YNot racing team.
I finally got home and to sleep around 2:30am Sunday morning.
If you have been reading my blog, you know that I’m working on my caching calendar. Yesterday was a day that I need to find one. On a day that I have to work, I usually look for an easier cache. I was looking at the map the night before, and picked a couple. I do that in case I can’t find the cache, or there are to many muggles around.
I found the first cache I went for. Here is a picture of the business it was hidden at.
The next day on the calendar I need to find one is tomorrow. I have a couple in mind.
Thanks for visiting!
On May 31st, I went camping at Keystone State Park, in Mannford, OK. I took my sister, because I had been promising her for a while that I would. We had a fun time. The first night there wasn’t anyone near us. We woke up to a beautiful morning and cooked breakfast. When we cleaned up, my sister went down to the lake to fish. I like to fish, but I get bored easy when I have to sit in one place for a while. While she was fishing, I took a bottle of water down to her. She asked me if it was supposed to rain. I didn’t notice the clouds moving in. I looked at the radar on my phone. There was a lot of rain moving in. It rained from around 12:30 to around 5. When the rain moved out, it was beautiful again. It stormed that night, but it wasn’t to bad.
We left Saturday around noon, and went to the Route 66 Blowout in my hometown of Sapulpa, OK. Route 66 runs through downtown Sapulpa. At this event, the main attraction is the car show. There are a bunch of here. Below is a link to some pictures I took.
It’s been over a month since I have posted anything. I promise, I’ll post more often. It’s not really because I’ve been way to busy, I just don’t feel like it sometimes, and when I do, I’m not at a computer. HA HA.
Some things that’s happened since I’ve posted last.
I finished my geocaching calender for the month of may, and am almost done for June. As of this post, I have found 1,791 caches.
